We will use the two photos you provide and Google Earth to measure your pool. We subtract a few feet from each measurement to make sure we are not over estimating. When we come out to do the work, we will take actual measurements. If the actual measurements are less, we will charge less. If the actual measurements are more, we will stick to the initial estimate(online estimates are generally cheaper).
The estimate you receive is the most you will pay.
